I've told my family and friends about my new career and this has led to one listing in Fredericksburg so I will continue to market by word-of-mouth.What other things can a new agent do to generate listings or leads?

Enjoying a Royal Crown on the deck overlooking the beautiful Lake Merritt and laughing with new friends was a great way to top off such a wonderful day.

However, I will be honest and admit that I am not a sales person - but I am very good at finding people the best places to live as I have helped friends! 

Best bet is to become friends with other local owners.
