Hi ALL,Just reaching out to see if you can give me some insights on Charlotte Michigan, Small City close to Lansing MI (21 Mil), I'm researching a Multifamily building, My concern is that there is 9,000 plus population only, I see articles that show is a good rental market, but it will be grate if anyone that knows the area can have some feedback as far is Schools, Crime rate, Economy and so on.As always, thank you guys, have a great day!!!!

These days I'd say if you're lucky maybe you can find in this are $250,000, but TCU maybe $500,000 and up.

I would say 80%-90% of buyers are owner occupied and per their loan they have to move into a unit within 60 days of closing.

Not to be judgmental but most of the SROs I've seen in our market are not in the best condition...but the same can be said for roommates :) I think it's better to keep the leases on the same timeline not matter which path you take.
