From what most experienced investors say, once you look at 100 deals and make some offers than great things can come for the work you put in. 

Would like to know what those with experienced in this area would recommend.

Anyone in Colorado experiencing the same?

This number varies with the more and more people that I speak with and I am curious what most of the BP members are experiencing.

The market was experiencing a 1-3% appreciation per annum.

Part of my longer term strategy is to over the next few years build up a good brand and relationship with brokers and home buyers in my farm area so that when a house I'm brining back to life hits the market, everyone wants to see it and put an offer on itI guess I'm looking for guidance from those more experienced ...will having this same brand on my direct mail pieces be a positive or negative thing?
