I come to the States two or three time a year and if I build a good team, I may be able to do it.  

I have some friends who are also very interested in investing here too, and they are counting on me to build a team, or find some key players with boots on the ground that we would be able to work with.

Find an experienced mortgage guy in your area and get your ducks in a row before quiting. 

Believe me the more experienced technicians are anxious to get in and out.

I’m looking for advice from more experienced investors.I own a rental property free and clear and I’m looking for my next one.

That said I was wondering what experienced wholesalers  do  or would do to dot all their i's and cross all their t's on the property to ensure there aren't a bunch of liens or other issues that would disrupt a smooth closing before calling a title company and spending hundreds of dollars for them to do the same thing?
