Focus on providing an atmosphere where they are comfortable to ask questions and engage in all the things that you know.

I was looking at Home Depot and most of the selection has more ornate design than I want or is MDF which just seems cheap to me.  

I like the way Kwikset is designed, they install fast.

Engage them in conversation, offer a solution to their problem, ect.

I designed the house to live in, and didn't want to be worrying about scratches, etc.

Be sure to be as active and engaging as possible.

I have a ton of experience in the construction field, and there has to be someone out there who is planning, designing, starting, working on, or finishing a project that could use a hand.I would like to help someone who truly does need the help right now.
