It's pretty profound of how relevant those books are today written in the early 20th century. 

The MH owner community is a great group of collaborators, educators, and connectors.  

We've got the main educators mostly figured out but looking for some of that invaluable BP insight!

I have no deals under me as of yet however my future in real estate looks promising due to the time I am taking to educate myself.

Stated another way: right now the best investment you can make is in yourselves.If I was starting out today I'd go to an accelerated flight school like ATP and knock out all the training in 1 year. 

However, they have only showed it 3 times in 6 weeks. today I went to get a key to show it my self and they said they were going to get a lock box "so people could self show" but all their lock boxes were being used. 

I don’t mind educating you about the areas, the history (especially prior to all the movement, 80s, 90s) and which areas to keep an eye on.
