Hello Sarah, Most of the time Financial Advisors aren't able to make recommendations within real estate because FINRA and the SEC make a really big deal about suitability for the consumer and most advisors aren't licensed or educated in real estate therefore they can't make any recommendations regarding it. 

I am looking to connect with like minded individuals who can help me with deal flow and adding more doors to my portfolio .

The thing is, that kind of partnership puts a limit on how much we can make from the deal.

New construction often means lower maintenance costs since everything is fresh and up to code.

Each case/scenario could be slightly different so the advice received here on BP may not be 100% accurate for each specific condition.

Where I do agree with James, but this is Section 8 or not, there are somethings that cost more initially but will save you a lot of money over long run.

It cost $25 to go from inactive to active status once you have an employing brokerage and upload your E&O insurance.

It states that side deals are a violation of the contract.

You do not need a separate LLC for each property or a series LLC!
