As I anticipated those Agents have had no deals for a few months and bought new cars instead of putting their nuts away for the dry season.

I've had the sewer line scoped to make sure its not broken, we don't have any dry p traps.I don't want to raid bomb the place because I worry about liability. 

It just makes me question paying off debt with big chunks and not knowing if my cash flow will fluctuate or dry up. 

I don't believe it happen stance the drying up of savings, especially as those like J-pow have mentioned the "problem" is persons savings..... 

Do people visit during the summer or does it dry up because too hot?

As far as investing in NYS goes, my expectation (and personal investing strategy) is that these laws will (and already have) tank MF property values in the short term as competition for investment property dries up, but since inventory is decreasing and vacancy increasing, rents will continue to rise as supply tightens. 

To instead do what all those writings said is the WORST thing to do in an inflation situation, sit on rotting cash!!!!
