STR in the Coachella Valley

I'm new to this group and exploring the Coachella Valley for a STR.

Thoughts on this location? I’ve been told Indio is good?

Do you do STR year round? Or a combo of longer "snowbirds" and STR?

How many bedrooms?

Do people visit during the summer or does it dry up because too hot?

Anything else that would be helpful to consider?
