I recently moved to Denver from San Francisco to help make my real estate dreams come true but at the same time still working at my primary job as a Security Consultant until then.

Its no wonder we fired them after the 6 month rental expired.I would never dream of requiring an owner to use our preferred vendors.

😁 how neat that RE has allowed y’all to be able to follow your dreams.

And maybe the biggest of all : dream big and work on those dreams every day. 

I was able to easily complete a 4 year architectural engineering degree with ease at the school of my dreams, and I owe that to the incredible education I received in New Rochelle.

Team work makes the dream work because - "No one is smarter than all of us."

Just started investing so don't have MY dream team yet either, but will pm you some names later today 😀

I soon realized that the dream of having 10k/mo cash flow can wait.

Agent / broker training teaches a lot of the legal aspects, but does little or nothing to prepare you for your first investment deals.Congratulations on considering a world most folks only dream about.
