New Member from Denver Trying to Flip and House Hack

Hello everyone! I wanted to introduce myself as a new pro member to the BiggerPockets community. I have been investing my time, energy, and money into real estate for just about a year now. I made my first purchase on a Single Family rental in April of 2019 and am about to close on my first house hack here in Denver Colorado. I recently moved to Denver from San Francisco to help make my real estate dreams come true but at the same time still working at my primary job as a Security Consultant until then. For the coming year of 2020 I will be attempting to flip homes with the intention to get to a point where I feel confident enough to make that my full time gig. I'm currently finishing up the two books on rehabbing and estimating rehab costs by J Scott which have been extremely helpful on understanding the entire process and what it may take to make flipping houses a reality. 

I intend to be a more active member of the forums going forward and hope to meet some of the fantastic people that are active members here as well.
