I worked for a broker as an Account Manager and handled all the Freddie Mac, HUD, and other banks like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc from acquisition (foreclosure date) to closing on the property that the broker was representing the bank on.

@Scott Mac  On the cast majority of loan programs you cannot use UNSECURED credit for down payment or required reserves. 

He's paid to bring in the head of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac to educate on important topics, he's brought in and paid for probate attorneys to educate us, CPA's, real estate attorneys, etc.

Also, there are inexpensive devices to alert you  to the presents of water.

I went the owner occupied multi family aka house hack route, and funded my first deal with a Freddie Mac Home Possible mortgage on a three unit. 

Especially Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, these guys want to know that you'll be able to put down that 10% earnest money.

Looking for an APP or program which allows me to file receipts by taking a snapshot, then adding the amount, say like a check deposit from bank on your mobile device.

The question to know how good of an option would be is would your income qualify for HomePossible or Home Ready through Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae respectively.
