@Bryan GambleDon't quote me on this as I'm no web design expert but I believe it has something to do with the IDX feed and embedding a code for the actual search engine. 

Sure Gene....A well designed website with a call to action on every page.The site must be accurately optimized.

If this is the case, then separating the manifold in the mechanical room and placing each zone on its own, smaller, boiler is relatively simple.
