The subject house 17303 is 1552 SF unsure on beds, but 1.5 baths.Around the corner I see 17166 Woodingham Dr, a remodeled 2018 SF home with 3 beds 1.5 baths, that sold a few months back for $75,000. 17300 Greenlawn St is also a renovated home (per the description) at 2190 SF that sold for $95,000.

Each house then has it's own JV agreement with address, legal description etc and what the details are for that particular house.

@Joe Horan So you would more likely consider an appraisal service to accept from an investor the following: subject tax info, pics, repair/remodel description & costs.
