Hi everybody!

I am a new member to this site so it may take a little time before I'm up to speed. I live in Cleveland, Ohio and I work for Equity Trust Company. As you can see in my description we are a passive custodian of self-directed IRA's. I'm interested in real estate investing and some of the other alternative investments. I'm hoping I can learn more about the various trends and topics I've already seen on this site and hopefully help the other members out as well! Like I said, Equity Trust Company is a passive self-directed IRA custodian so my main objective is to add educational information to some of the discussions about how self-directed IRAs can help investors. I'm genuinely excited to get to know you all and hopefully we can generate some stimulating dialogue. Feel free to add me as a colleague!
