I would suggest going and networking with as many people as possible.

I know there are bunch of members from your area that you can network with.You might want to put up who it is you're looking for, such as a good attorney who understands working with real estate investor, as separate posts so people will respond and help you in that capacity.

Seems like a very good place to start networking with other investors in real estate.

Also a critical part of real estate investing (REI) is networking and meeting your colleagues.

I have always been interested in real estate, but was discouraged during the economic downturn and lack of education about real estate investing.I want to begin with earned income methods to pay off some debt, then use the money from earned income methods to fund passive income methods.I look forward to networking and learning from all of you!!
