Because when you give them the "right" to do so, including a time frame within which the settlement date can be considerably delayed, tenants who actually have zero intention of purchasing can take advantage of the situation and squeeze the seller out of a portion of their sales proceeds through a negotiated waiver or assignment of their "rights".

I would think they should be able to show paystubs for the year to date earning divided by her hourly wage to establish average amount of hours per week and then see if that corresponds to her W2's for the last 2 years and if they all match up and her debt to income ratio works, move on.

Seems silly, but I do have the keyboard shortcuts for QB desktop down pretty well, it makes me efficient at data entry, these shortcuts normally don't carry over so well to web apps
