Found that the cement on a side patio sloped significantly towards the house which caused some leaking that we didn't see and a hazard in winter with freezing over.

We are strict with our tenants smoking in the home and are even stricter with the damage deposit if the home smells like smoke when they move out.

Obviously, if there are signs of termite damage it's a no-brainer. 

Cause when things start getting stupid in those markets, the rest of the country isn't too far behind. 

If it got bad while the tenant was living there ,  was it tenant damage or normal wear .

Cause besides a lot of them signs say also: "Any condition, any price, I pay cash"So would that be a good idea??

Cause I bought all that stuff. when she first moved in, she only had bags of clothes, that's it.
