I would be wary of using a management company that has their own construction team or handyman as they dictate the prices.  

Monopoly taught us a valuable lesson we took for granted in terms of green and red houses and hotels, but the real key to the 'real' game is to change your perspective from being an earning employee to an entrepreneurial acquirer of assets - through your lifetime, and ideally, onto your heirs lifetime(s).Focus on asset accumulation, whatever the vehicle or vehicle(s), and you will see a vast horizon beyond your current 40k mental construct. 

Also my uncle is great in construction also and life in Bridgeport and has done a flip which he just stayed to live in.Jeremy river may be next time I go up to Bridgeport we can meet and talk..

And since that time I have taken steps to get better acclamated with the field through means of education.As of this Summer, I will be completely done with my Associates in Construction Project Management, and have decided to further my education in Architecture in the Fall!
