Hey all,This is not specific to my area but the HOA where few of our units are was wondering of any service/portal where they can send out meetings/alerts/news about the community i.e. water line being shut off....etc...

Hello all, I have talked to two different attorneys now that have both said that they need confirmation from the sellers lender that the will allow the loan to be assumed before they can write up a Purchase Agreement. 

Aloha,Since he was not a party to the original agreement, you should confirm with an Attorney before taking any action.

What I recommend is verifying employment (call the employer and look for only a yes/no confirmation which legally is all they can provide) and then calling the last landlord (did they pay you on time; maintain the property well). 

Because I am a software developer, I have only ever used it in the API context (write a script and pay for the limited API usage).

In the event of a major problem, buyers should confirm the terms of the agreement to find out if they can receive their earnest money back.

Have you confirmed with the county assessor or entity actually in charge of this that this is an issue?
