You want to have as much covered as possible and be able to talk to partner without letting emotions or anger cloud judgement.  

My two cents are not REI specific due to my lack of experience but from your posts I feel there is a communication gap between you and the PM.

You want to be sure your communication has been received and understood when you are working with tenants, especially problem tenants.

Thanks (Your Name)" Not salesy.... be personable and sincere in every bit of communication and people will open up to you a lot more and a lot quicker.The address alone does you no good, talk to them for a while, an ideal phone call will last you about 15 minutes.

Maybe it is more clear now in case I had not communicated it correctly.

There is much to learn.I welcome the opportunity to meet as many members as are willing to communicate with me.

I have experience trading the futures markets so I'm well aware of how I react to my "greed" and "fear" emotions. 

It is still relationship building but not as much emotional side to it as residential.
