If this was built in the 80's and the City has no documentation that it was permitted for the conversion to a tri-plex, then this is not 'non-conforming' it is an unpermitted conversion.

I can handle not having a tenant rather than deal with the nonsense.They moved in in April and since then I have:Paid for pool opening $700Replaced a side garage entry door $400Replaced an electrical outlet on the outdoor kitchen $150Replaced a sink sprayer $150Plumber out to fix clogged sink $160Closet shelf repaired $75They complained that the pool sand filter was bad (it's virtually new) pool guy is sick of them they don't know what they are doing with the pool.

Google Marina Bay Sands hotel there.. we stayed there last trip.. its over the top.. the infinity pool is 60 stories in the air. they have a Grand prix race there too..
