The paperwork does seem intimidating to learn, but at the same time, this is the difference between making hundreds of dollars(Bird dogging) or making thousands(Wholesaling) The answer has my curiosity...

Firstly, from the standpoint of a bank, which has lent out several hundred thousand to an applicant, they most certainly would consider a foreclosure to be 10X worse than an eviction (which often times is due to landlord/tenant dispute versus a few months late rent).

I love the old beautiful built-in cabinets and stained glass windows at this property, and just fear they are going to be crap by the end of the winter due to the water damage.FYI Zech and his father in law did my parents wood floor in their living room...looks amazing!

The position of the flue is one clue, and where the gas piping enters the cabinet is the other.With furnaces I talked in attics, it's a good idea to see where the warm air vents are.
