Learning real estate is not hard, Find a Broker who offers a few weeks of training, then take your state test, poof you are a realtor.The challenge is learning to become a good enough salesman to earn a living selling real estate.The best way is after you take your test, then find a Broker like Coldwell Banker that has a great Mentoring program, then affilate with then for 1 year while you learn the ropes of SELLING and the tedious task of CONTRACTS

I'll tell you a bit about where my 4-unit is located and what I deal with:-Located across the street from a bar (a neighborhood bar - nothing too rowdy) so there are beer bottles and cigarette butts on my curbside grass fairly regularly-My credit score requirement is 625 for C-class.

In an effort to help this noise issue, my tenant took it upon herself to talk with the HOA president in person, and the HOA president said "I shouldn't have to deal with another year of the noise simply because your landlord decided to test the waters with a growing family." to my tenant, in reference to the noise.
