What would you do if a tenant has tested positive?

I have been using the 1%/2% tests on prospective properties and am having a hard time finding properties that exceed 1% on the test.

Do a test ad on marketplace and you will see how large the demand is. 

Since we're in a pandemic and quarantined, what are some good online resources where I can learn and take the test?

I'll tell you a bit about where my 4-unit is located and what I deal with:-Located across the street from a bar (a neighborhood bar - nothing too rowdy) so there are beer bottles and cigarette butts on my curbside grass fairly regularly-My credit score requirement is 625 for C-class.

In an effort to help this noise issue, my tenant took it upon herself to talk with the HOA president in person, and the HOA president said "I shouldn't have to deal with another year of the noise simply because your landlord decided to test the waters with a growing family." to my tenant, in reference to the noise. 

I am 10 hours from finishing my RE license training, looking to take the test in August.
