"As-is" verbiage from the listing leads me to believe that some type of repairs would need to be accomplished though there are current tenants with rental agreements that extend for another year.

I am paying a landscaping company, have repair and maintenance on staff and paying a management company as well.

find another wholesaler in that market that can assist.....

Now, if you want immediate options I suggest looking into seller financing to help you finance the property and use the money you do have for repairs.
