It's a struggle.In my business, I am inundated with shiny objects that promise to make my business run better, faster, produce more income, etc.

I’d recommend reading a TON of books and attending meetups rather than spend $7,000-$15,000+ for a mentorship that’s not going to pay off in the long run.

I remember reading this article when longtime pillar of the BP community, Brandon Hall wrote it a few years ago.

I had to build fences along my driveway accessing a drive under garage, because the retaining wall was more than 30" tall (standard building code item) but these properties were built in the 40s/50s and never had a fence there until I rented Section 8 and they required it.From a tenant perspective, I never had any of the issues James notes.

If you are convinced this is the guru you want to follow, pick up a cheap resale on amazon or ebay...read and study it cover to cover. 

I'd like some true feedback from current users as there's not a lot of review to be found online.

A lot of investors look at cash flow markets.
