Can anyone recommend a realtor knowledgable in that area that could show me the place, preferably an investor friendly one as it's a bit outside my normal area of focus and I'd want someone who could help with getting a read on the local investment and rental market.

I have a primary home with a mortgage already so I really doubt, I'd be able to get a normal conventional loan from a bank due to debt/income. 

Take for instance, a fairly normal person who has a standard of living around $6000/month (before taxes).

@Ali Boone  Ha yes...well maybe, I hate to rain on all the ski bums parade but the El Ninos have one El problemo, that is they are warmer than normal winter storms and don't necessarily translate to more snow for the resorts.

The safety switch on the furnace isn't working, which normally would be an easy fix, but the copper pipe running through the room is really running THROUGH the room.  

I think what you are feeling is very normal, so take a deep breath and relax.Did you pay cash for the property?  

At least here in SoFla.If a unit is essentially for 2 ppl or the price per square foot is at a premium (NYC, SF, LA, etc.) then fine.

However, you have to justify normal wear and tear vs. damaged items.  

Your state realtor's contract usually dictates normal seller costs to the seller, normal buyer costs to the buyer, etc.
