@Ali Boone  Ha yes...well maybe, I hate to rain on all the ski bums parade but the El Ninos have one El problemo, that is they are warmer than normal winter storms and don't necessarily translate to more snow for the resorts.

At least here in SoFla.If a unit is essentially for 2 ppl or the price per square foot is at a premium (NYC, SF, LA, etc.) then fine.
