Planning on Purchasing First Rental: Financing question

Hey guys,

First post here.  So I'm looking to purchase my first rental and I'm seeking advice on financing.  I have a primary home with a mortgage already so I really doubt, I'd be able to get a normal conventional loan from a bank due to debt/income.  What are some creative ways to go around this?
