no closeby transportation. when u can see NYC skyline in the windows, you can rent even the storage room out for ridiculous amounts. basically, anything that you can get your hands on at this point is a good move - because soon average buyers will be priced out of here too.

Just remember TALK is cheap, especially here.I just love advice that induces Y O U to take risk with assets while the advisors take no responsibility.(1) is totally irresponsible; just remember terms like NEVER, ALWAYS, NO ONE are seldom true.(3) APPEARS to be true to me as I have yet to have a lawyer or escrow company that will consider it.(3) is dependent upon legal definitions.

@Andrea Jones the awesome thing about a staffing company is you tell them when you want someone and don't, if just starting u can request people on and off, just don't expect the same person if not full time.
