Save the url of that Google form to your phone's home screen, and now you just open the app, type in the address, and send - same actions as you described above. 

I have been receiving emails about new forum posts, but when i click on the link it (in my iPhone mail app) it opens up a Safari web browser, and it always asks me to log in.

Using a simple loan calculator app I assume that renting out my home would result in:10 yrs of rent would brings the mortgage down from $311,000 (today) to $228,000 (120 months from now).  10 years of paying $250/month HOA (i'm assuming it'll go up so $250 is an average)= $30,000Would paying $30,000 be a good trade-off for having $83,000 paid down on the mortgage?
