Hi everyone,I purchased my first rental last year and I have a tenant whose lease is up and has given notice that he is moving out at the end of March.I’m wondering where Canadians go to post their rental listings.

This is directly from the Fannie Mae selling guide and is only applicable to Fannie Mae loans.

The flow of water is noticeably slower.

Is that a local handyman type business that you’ve talked to about contacting on short notice or more of an actual property maintenance company?

My lease says he is required to give at least a 30-60 day notice.

@Dick Stevens the reason I stayed with them so long is that in the contract it states I had to give them 90 day notice to cancel or I will need to continue to pay them service fees for each month until contract ends.

In my location, I would have to give them a delivered 30 day notice to vacate.   

@Todd Ortscheid - All of our local and regional banks will lend at under $50K for invesmtent property for commercial - not Freddie/Fannie loans.
