My second deal was buying the remaining lots (8) in my 11 lot subdivision that went bankrupt.

I like that you said it takes more than finding a distressed property because we’ve found a few and we’re hoping to contact the owners pretty soon but now that you said it must generate interest buyers we will hold off for a second.

My father in law is looking to partner with me, him bringing the cash, myself finding the deal and working it.
