@Stephanie Cabral - haha - that is an internal podcast for my sales staff but I would be happy to cut a small snippet out of the podcast/video and post for you to see.  19 days is not the norm but closing in 30 days is easy if you have the engaged buyer with a knowledgeable lender, contractor and consultant.  

She coordinates with the cleaning staff about issues, items needed, etc.

I am not all in monetarily, (that would be stupid IMHO diversification is key in many aspects of investment & life) but I am all in as far as believing there is good in Real Estate.I started to believe when I committed to this system/network that I joined My affiliate (we are go'n worldwide) with local chapters expanding thought the USA & beyond.

Remember that any REO is being handled by staff and the file is getting passed around.

I pay $200 Bucks a month for mine but it gives me 2 Counties.And remember.....You get what you pay for.Some Services actually have a foreclosure department on Staff so the data you purchase has been filtered before posting to you so be careful.Joseph

Kept staff on full-time just to handle the cancellations and fighting with the vendors to get the fees back for the customers.

I finally bought a 35 year old car repair business, excellent local reputation, that I can operate absentee, that makes enough to pay a manager, staff, and does not have the crazy hours of a restaurant business.

The hotel has been rated at 3 stars with multiple complaints of staff, dated rooms and onsite dinning being bad.
