Hmm I wonder if these lists actually have the best cash flow cities or just the places with the most turnkey businesses?

Trim was replaced, block wall was scraped/treated and we got under carpet and behind adjacent and upper walls to confirm no hidden areas.In addition the air quality test didn’t tell us we had an ongoing problem.I’ve considered a follow up air test, but am wondering if there are home kits or if purchasing testing equipment would be cheaper than the $600 charge by the local testing agency.

Hello BPI am wondering how someone qualifies for a multi family (10-12 unit)commercial loan without prior experience.

If this is just across the bridge from NYC then that might be an OK cap rate range; if this is across the bridge from Philadelphia (like Camden), then that cap rate range is maybe not so wonderful.

I'm still wondering why and how anyone would offer this.

hi everybody as you know i've been a BP member for a while now so that means i have some insight as to what the markets are offering on a daily bases and now i've come to the area of where i need to find where the market is for selling mortgages similar to how you would list your home well i need mortgage listings that are non performing and performing i wonder if the mortgage servicers that are owned by the banks or that operate on the beneficiaries behalf know anything about this?
