It's a great place to invest, property and neighborhood-wise; but you can also compile a superior group to build on.

She’s sweet, kind, doesn’t complain much and really takes care of the place cleanliness wise.

Simply because property is cheaper in the U.S is not in my opinion a wise reason to invest in the U.S.
