Investing in the Cleveland Ohio market
I'm looking to talk to someone who is investing in Cleveland to pick their brain on what areas in Cleveland are thriving so I can see if that's the right area for me. I used the rental calculator and the cash flow makes sense it would come out to about $312 a month. Thank you for your time.
