As with most of the country currently, we're experiencing a seller's market (low inventory) and rapid appreciation in all of these popular midwest cities which is making it slightly harder to find deals--but still possible.  

If you're able to save up money from your job so rapidly and you're wanting to leverage, why not just use your savings to buy one property at a time with the minimum allowable down payment?

There are alot of tax information that is needed for any type of business and if you get a good Accountant they will be worth their weight in GOLD.

Once the grass grows enough, the blocks take the bulk of the weight driving on them, and the grass/concrete  ###   look is quite pleasing and practical.

Most people follow a weight limit of 10-15lbs max.

The natural gas market is currently growing rapidly, and some good sized companies have their headquarters or offices here in Tulsa. 

I'm getting closer since finding a way to identify rapidly appreciating markets.One thing for sure, Matt, NEVER figure the current value of a property based on "pro-forma" (what it will do in the future).

If they are reliable, they're worth their weight in gold.

The prices will most likely continue to appreciate rapidly because of the fact that many people who want to buy in desirable parts of SD simply cannot because they can't afford it, thus being pushed into cities like Oceanside.
