As for life style and living, Palm Coast is slow moving community in growth mainly because for so many years the city leaders were very unwilling to promote growth.  

I would be working on the home full time but don't trust myself with high skilled work so there is quite a bit of subs that I hire and I have a contractor who acts as the project manager.

He hired local guys, just guys in the neighborhood with no real skills, just folks who would do the work for pretty cheap. 

I am a bit intimidated by this property because of the amount of work that it is requiring as a first investment property and not having the skills sets to manage a lot of the fixes on my own .

These reasons alone can make investors shy away from attempting to get their sales license.Now, full time investors and full time real estate agents don’t focus on the same work and have different skill sets.

All the big players in Silicon Slopes have been saying that there is a shortage of skilled tech workers in Utah which is why they are heavily recruiting people from out of state.

My recommendation is to find a skilled handyman and not only use him to fix what is currently wrong - but take preventative measures as well.
