I'd be surprised to learn that you can legally automatically renew a tenants lease without their approval.

We have acquired several properties from them, they are somewhat difficult to work with as they are not always available and don't return phone calls quickly, however they do bring the deal to closing without any surprises.

Amie D.Depends on the type of mortgage. if the first property was obtained with FHA financing, they typically only want you to have one OO financed property at a time, unless for some outstanding reason(which you have to prove), then they may allow you to carry two...a permissible waiver may be if you unexpectedly have to move out of the locale for job related reason.

But I factor that into my offer since I expect to have things go wrong or to find unexpected problems.
