You situation has very easy solution, but many people will not write it publicly.

The usual solution is to come up through the floor with a nonmetallic cable (Romex™or equal) for the dishwasher. 

Well, sure I suppose they do, but not as much as they would need to give away if they accepted a cash offer (from the typical investor with one solution in the toolbox).
