From what I've been looking at I feel that properties that are mid tier for the market, rather than high end, can often appreciate very well as they are sought after by a large segment of the local population.

. :-(  We are only staying with the bank because the rate is so advantageous and the terms are as well.

I am paying for all treatments, but they are asking for rent reductions etc. after legal advice from a connection they have that has been giving them legal advice. 

If they’re blunt or expressive, mirror that.

What are the issues you have had with other agents?

When it comes to real estate investing, many investors recognize that timing is key.

For example, a duplex that's on the market is selling for $440,000 and the tenants are currently paying $850 per month and are signed until next July 2025.
