I’m taking the first steps in starting my real estate investing career and would love to learn from and connect with this community, especially those in the local area. 

As soon as you see no signature line, no website you can go back to and check out, no clue who the company is or where to find (geographically) them, it doesn't matter how hungry you are, how good your deal is, you are about to go on a horrific journey that will sideline your real estate investment career for some time while you spend all the energy you intended on real estate investing, on damage control.

This month will probably go down in my real estate investing career as one of the craziest month ever.

Im looking to begin a career in real estate investing to build long term wealth and financial freedom for me and my family.

This issue has actually evolved into one of the best milestones in my real estate career so far: I found and hired an excellent property manager!

We are interested in starting our investing career with SFH under $200K, duplexes and triplexes.

I have explored moving out of the area but with my career and family planted here that isn’t really an option.
