Hi All,I am seeking a small group of individuals to meet regularly and share learnings as well as analysis that we dig up in the single family home real estate market.

I am interested in learning more about the Orlando Florida as a flipping market.  

Learned so much from this experience and can't wait for the next one!

It's more so learning the in's and out's of doing things on the investment side.

I'd definitely be interested in learning more about flips in Cleveland area.

It is far easier for someone actively working in the industry to be able to know and reach out to 100-200 people who are on their team or off doing like-minded operations to see who has a distressed property that needs to be offloaded quick.

I went to see the houses and meet the whole team.

Its called learning. 

I've learned a lot so far from the Bigger Pockets podcast and I'm excited to be part of the investor community.
