Many of us including myself talk about our strategies, styles, niches and business model on our website.

There are many ways to learn what they are teaching you without making that HUGE investment and this site is a great start.

As you will find if you haven't already learned this is a magnificent site to network, teach and learn in all facets of real estate investing.

Now I need to shape my daily habits into those of a wealthy person.We've just moved to a new place (Durango CO), so will be seeking to connect with like-minded people here and that will help with accountability (as will posting here on BP).Isaac and Rob, thanks for sharing your personal experiences - I like the idea of setting huge goals (that is my style anyhow) but need to incorporate the small changes that will make that a success, and I definitely need to step up on failing "in a good way", by trying new things, not just sitting around wishing. 

So... when I ask,  if you're going to comment,  TEACH ME... don't bash me for trying to get into something I love.

I'm serving in the Air Force at Goodfellow Air Force Base where I teach teachers how to teach and develop course ware.

Studying how to move the pea under the shell might be fun, it doesn't teach you anything about the pea or the rules of using the shells.

We can thank the RE gurus for that approach, since they don't teach business or real estate, they teach how to flip widgets with some system.
