There're few things that support your data.- Compare to 2010, there're more agent:home sale ratio at 2024 compare to 2010- while the number of homes being sold is reduced heavily from 2020, number of agent increases from 2019- now the cake is even smaller due to NAR lawsuit- investors are also buying less
