What is the best E-signature software and is it Free and SECURE?

I'm getting ready to list a rental and wanted some feedback on COZY and AVAIL software.

Their lousy motivated seller harvesting strategy is not working so they get a membership with propstream or some fancy software, or a new fancy gadget that lets them send a mailer just by taking a picture of the house.DUDE seriously... they simply do not understand how conversions workNO friggin Gadget is going to work.

Hi @Chris Martinez, we use Excel for all our rentals (as well as property management software, which varies by PM or if we do it ourselves). 

I'm sorry to hear it :( IF your PM has you set up on an owner portal on a management software site (like Hemlane, Appfolio, Yaardi, Buildium, etc) then check there for updates and financial information -- perhaps the PM has updated it before something came up.IF you have any contact information for the tenant, you might reach out to them to see if they have heard from the PM in the mysterious time-frame.IF you try all you can try and still cannot get in touch with them, it seems like the next move would be to speak with their local Real Estate Commission. 

For example, we have a bi-weekly reminder that will go out to all of our housekeepers to have them submit the supply order requests.

Jesse, I am looking to do the same and I have been submitting offers on properties.

If it all comes positive, we submit an offer.

It's a crazy time to be a real estate agent right now, and if your Boston market is anything like our CT market there's no time to catch a breath between submitting offers.
