I think it is a little different from a beach rental because people do also vacation here in the summer for various mountain activities.

Again, if you have active income (flipping homes), this saves your self-employment taxes.

NH allows either 3 or 5 days (I forget the number) to change the name on the memorandum of sale (You probably know that foreclosures are conducted at each property and not on the courthouse steps)As noted in my first paragraph, there is an active REIA.

Obviously he used lease purchase methods because a regular "sale" with a deed transfer wouldn't have made it past any cursory title search review, as there were still active foreclosure cases on the properties.
