Try this:1) Dissolve 2 tbsp. of oxy-cleaning powder in 1 gallon of hot water, stirring until all of the powder has dispersed.2) Spread a liberal amount of cleaner onto the floor, working in a 3-foot strip and saturating the entire surface.3) Let the cleaner soak for fifteen minutes.

I often equate this to the simple proposition: if you're using hard money to spread the risk, then you must not have confidence in the deal.
