Hey BP,I want to begin my investing journey by finding a multi-family to house to hack for a price anywhere between $250,000 - $300,000.A friend of mine and I are considering going 50/50 on a down payment for the loan ($10-15k each) for an FHA loan.Are there any difficulties when dealing with 2 investors?

The S-corp costs a little bit to set up and maintain and generates an additional tax return each year, but I find the cost justified.Good luck on your journey and I hope this helps.Ed

If I were you, I would look for a multi-unit property where you can let your tennants pay your rent.A job and some savings would certainly help your cause, but not necessarily a prerequisite.Good luck on your journey and I hope this helps.Ed
