I can provide more details if somebody wants, but really the focus for now is for somebody to provide some structured steps so I can create a plan and put it into action.

They will help you plan out the next year and capital expenditures and other tax advantages. 

We do plan to also list with ALE and some other sites, but curious if anyone that has used Apartments.com or a similar site has run into issues with screening potential tenants, since it's a much broader user group than something like FurnishedFinder or TravelNurseHousing.com.
